You arrive on sacred ground.
The ocean’s in your ears. The nervous system starts to release.
Organic dinner. Opening ceremony. Live breathwork guided by Leland + Liquid Bloom.
You end the night with a headset breath into sleep.
You drop in deeper.
A layered journey through breath, somatics, and ceremony. Live music. Deep states. Medicine Wheel ritual.
By evening, something you’ve been holding for years begins to shift.
A beach walk at sunrise.
A full-body recalibration through Mayan Clay Ceremony and sonic healing. Integration breathwork + a second sacred ceremony.
You sleep easier. You breathe without effort.
Sunrise pineal activation.
Final community meal.
Beach closing ceremony.
You leave changed—not as someone new, but as someone fully returned.
Liquid Bloom, the world-electronic project of producer and sonic alchemist Amani Friend (Desert Dwellers, Desert Trax), will be weaving live music throughout the entire retreat experience.
His sets are living, breathing compositions—tuned to the energy in the space.
Each session is supported by soundscapes rooted in ancient traditions and built with precision: shamanic instrumentation, ethereal vocals, and modern electronic textures that move energy and open access to deeper states of presence.
From sunrise meditations to sacred ceremonies and peak breathwork journeys, Liquid Bloom performs live—composing in the moment, attuned to the collective rhythm of the room.
Amani has collaborated with artists including Poranguí, Mose, Deya Dova, Ixchel Prisma, and Savej, and has produced work featuring Ram Dass, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Paul Stamets.
He’s held space at Boom Festival, Envision, Rainbow Serpent, Ozora, Colours of Ostrava, and now—here, with us.
“The nervous system softens when it feels safe. This music helps it remember how.”
If you’ve never experienced breathwork with this level of sonic presence, it will change how you relate to music—and yourself.
A sanctuary on sacred shoreline
The retreat takes place at Amansala, a beachfront eco-luxury space known for its open-air temples, organic meals, and deep connection to nature.
Wake up to the sound of waves.
Practice breathwork in a shaded shala steps from the ocean. Eat meals that nourish, not deplete.
This is not a sterile hotel conference.
You’re held by earth, ocean, and a land that has hosted sacred work for generations.

Meet Your Facilitator:
I’ve rebuilt my body more than once.
I’ve come back from paralysis. From addiction. From cancer. From loss I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
But the hardest thing I’ve ever done wasn’t walking again after doctors said I wouldn’t.
It was learning how to live in my body—without going to war with it.
For years, I survived on discipline and drive.
On the outside, I looked solid. Inside, I was spinning.
Founder of The Willful Warrior
It wasn’t mindset work that saved me.
It was learning how to regulate my nervous system.
Breathwork gave me clarity when I was drowning in chaos.
It helped me feel again—after years of numbing everything down just to make it through the day.
This retreat is what I wish existed when I needed it most:
A place to reset your system.
To be seen without having to explain.
To rebuild with tools that actually work.
If you’re carrying too much and don’t know how to put it down—This is where you start.
— Leland
No one leaves untouched. No one leaves the same.
This isn’t a silent, solo journey.
You’ll be surrounded by a room full of people who get it—because they’ve lived it.
Veterans. First responders. Coaches. High performers.
People who are strong in all the ways that don’t show up on paper.
You’ll sweat together. Breathe together.
Eat, cry, scream, and laugh in a tribe that knows the cost of carrying it all—and the power of letting it go.
Space is limited to 90 people.
Once it’s full, it’s full.
