It started in war zones—and in a nervous system that was always on edge.
I lost my father to suicide. I lived through paralysis. I carried trauma like armor.
And when everything collapsed, I was forced to rebuild—one breath at a time.
What began as a way to survive became a method to truly live. The Willful Warrior emerged from that journey—built not to impress, but to initiate.
