Our coaching, mentoring, educational programs, and personal-development services are intended to support education, self-reflection, awareness, and personal development.
They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, legal services, financial services, or a replacement for services provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor, or similar licensed professional relationship.
Additional terms may apply to individual coaching engagements or specific programs. Where you enter into a separate written agreement for a service, that agreement will control if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
